Take part in a friendly, relaxed and absorbing one-day Wire Tree Sculpture Workshop from concept to completion of your own unique tree

You will be expertly guided through the process:

	• selecting and photographing your subject,
	• producing a working design sketch
	• choice of material
	• choosing the right base
	• tree construction and finishing

 

 

 

 

You will design and create your very own wire tree to take home. No experience is needed as Michael guides you through every step.

A wooden base with aluminium wire will be pre-made for you (during the day we will make a base together so you can understand the techniques). You will learn how to manipulate the wire to form the tree shape, branches and leaves, that makes every sculpture completely unique. With a strong emphasis on developing new skills, with regular demonstrations of technique, students will learn how to prepare their designs, making and refining a tree to take home.

We also run Two Day Sculpture workshops where you can make your own bespoke design tree sculpture.

£105.00 per person

What’s included in the price?
The course fee includes materials and use of all tools to make your sculpture. Aprons are provided and each student has access to their own set of tools. Lunch and drinks for the day will be provided. Free private parking on site. The workshop runs from 10:00am to 4:00pm.

If you are unable to make a scheduled date, please get in touch as I'm always happy to run workshops on demand. No minimum number required and no extra cost.

Payment to be made on booking. We have a 2-week cancellation policy, if you do require your course to be rescheduled, please contact Michael, who will be happy to offer you one opportunity to reschedule.
